1. When you buy a flight, using anxurtours.it you are using a service provided by the GDS.
2. The bookings made are guaranteed by our IATA registration.

Contract
Any reservations made on the web site, will be considered as binding request to book the services chosen. anxurtours.it sells tickets on behalf of the Flight Company, it means that the contract will be between you and the company.
For any ticket the conditions are different and will be sent to you upon your booking, so we strongly recommend to read them carefully as you will be asked to accept them once you book. The contract will be active, as soon as we send you the final confirmation for your ticket.

Rates
All prices are NET from the taxes, so you will see the total price that is an addiction of Price, Taxes and fees. All the prices can change within a short advise and can be considered “fix” only when the confirmations for your ticket is sent.

Reservations
Some companies will show availability in the system which could be not up to date. We will do all the efforts necessary to avoid unpleasant problems but in the event of such case, we will inform you within 1 (one) working day and will do the best to reinstate your flight booking.

Tickets
We will issue only E-Tickets, which are numeric codes stored by the flight company instead of being printed as usual. We invite you to print the ticket and keep the code with you for the check in at the airport desk.

Flight Re-confirmation
All the fights have to be reconfirmed to the flight company 72 hours before the departure, the flight re-confirmation has to be done for each segment separately. anxurtours.it will be not responsible for any reservation cancelled for unattending the Flight Company rules. Anxurtours.it is not reliable for changes occurred to the flight schedule or itinerary decided by the flight companies during the trip itself.

Passports/VISA/Medical Insurances
Anxurtours.it is at your complete disposal to inform you about the documents necessary for you holiday. It is your responsibility to ensure that all your documents are valid to depart and stay in the destinations you have booked through us. .Please note that many countries, require a passport valid at least six (6) months starting from the arrival in that country. anxurtours.it cannot accept any responsibility in case the departure should be impossible to a fault in respecting the above prescriptions.

Insurances
Anxurtours.it can supply you with any travel insurance covering the cancellations costs, medical expenses or luggage loss. We suggest you to contact our back office in order to get the the details for any insurance policy you might be interested to buy. In some countries, where the medical expenses are quite relevant, we strongly recommend to subscribe an insurance.

Cancellations/Changes
If you should need to change or cancel a trip, it is your responsibility to let us know in the shortest time. Some services are not refundable and cannot be subject to changes. 3. Packages and other travel products or Dynamic packages created using our web site.

2. When you buy a package organized by another supplier you will be subject to both to the anxurtours.it terms and conditions and the one stated by the supplier. We will give all the necessary information.
3. In case of cancellation of a “package” you have to contact anxurtours.it either online or offline. Please read carefully the terms and conditions specific for each package in order to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings.

4. Hotel

1. All the prices are lower than the Official rate and include VAT and are to be considered valid only upon the reservation as the rates in the system are “dynamic”. Please note that in some countries, there could be local taxes to be paid on the spot which are not included in the prices shown on the system.
2. The Official rate is the “public” tariff of an Hotel and is decided by the hotel itself.
